Dr. Hashemi is awesome and the people that work the front office are very helpful. They all care about their patients and do the best for them.

I went into the office and received an eye exam. Everything went good. As i picked my out my glasses i advised the service clerk that i only wanted the glasses and the prescription lens . The service clerk tried to persuade me to get a blue tint and i advised her that i ABSOLUTELY DID NOT WANT BLUE TINT ON MY GLASSES! She stated it would not be blue and i would not be able to see the tint . After 10 minutes of rebuttal i gave in and advised her i would do it since she said i needed it but she guaranteed there would be no blue tint . I went to pick them today and my glasses were BLUE! I asked for a refund for the blue tint and asked them to remake my glasses. I was advised that they could not perform a refund for the tint. I asked to speak to the doctor 3 times . The front desk clerk went back to tell him i wanted to speak to him he would not come speak to me at all . I requested a full refund and will be taking my service to another eye doctor who listens to their customers , and not trying to scam customers for commission and sales. The blue tint was so bad the front desk lady even stated she hated the tint. I’ll give them 1 star . Would not recommend!! They are cognizant of what the consumer wants but will pressure you, and lie to you for commission sales.. Replying to your post . Let’s take personal out of business. Her being your wife is irrelevant to the service i requested and asked for. I specifically told her I did not want that and I was pressured into getting something I did not want. I was lied to and was advised that there was no blue tint and you would not be able to see it. As far as me requesting a refund for the blue tint i was advised that i can just have a refund for the full thing . That was horrible customer service. Then i was told that you guys have the frames in house, and i could have them fixed by Wednesday , not only to be told shortly after they had to be sent off again. You guys were advised that i had ZERO issues at the computer . My issue was my eyes get foggy when looking in a distance. So the blue tint did not apply to me at all . Thanks for the refund i will take my services where they are welcomed. This is business not personal. Thank you

Overall a great visit. Office staff, Noellia (sp) and Yolanda were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Hashemi explained results thoroughly and answered any questions I had. Would recommend EyeClinicMedical.
