Dr. Craner and his staff were impeccable. I’ve been looking for an eye doctor for some time and finally found a good fit. His staff was courteous and informative regarding process and insurance. Very transparent. My time with Dr. Craner was pleasant. He took the time to explain my options for contact lens and glasses. He spent time carefully explaining the differences between my options. I never felt rushed. Great team!

Dr. Carter was so patience, welcoming and professional during the eye exam. The staff were nice and welcoming. They helped me choose the best option for lenses according to my needs. I truly appreciate this, since it was my very first eye consultation. Eye pearl is highly recommended!✨

First time taking my son to see Dr. Cramer and using Pearl Vision and we have no complaints. The lady at the front (didn’t get her name) was great and very helpful. The lady at the glasses section was also very helpful. I would recommend.

Additionally, Chris is exceptional in her role, efficiently managing insurance claims, providing accurate information, and ensuring that you receive the optimal solutions for your requirements.

Chris always super friendly and very efficient. Offered me additional eye care service and explained benefits, so I added that. Doctor thorough and tweaked prescription to make sure I had best.

Doctor was incredibly well-informed and helpful. Scheduling was spot-on with virtually no waiting time. Staff was great in terms of selecting glasses. Would recommend highly across the board!

The Pearle Vision on broad street in Stamford was fabulous! My doctor was very calm and kind. I highly recommend them.

Quick wait times, extremely friendly and helpful staff (as always). I still prefer this office even though they are now out of network for me - it feels like a friendly, small town neighborhood shop despite having the resources of a large chain.

I accidentally came in on the wrong day but the person who helped me was very nice and was able to fit me in for an exam. Everyone I interacted with there was very nice and helpful. I will continue to visit this office for all my eye care needs.

Dr. Craner and his staff are awesome. Took me in exactly at appt. Time-no waiting. Took my history and compared current status with past history in his records. Helped me fine tune my prescription. Explained everything as the exam proceeded. Highly highly recommend Dr. Craner!!!

Everyone there was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time there and was taken really good care of. I found the perfect frame with the help of the employees and really happy with how fast I got my new glasses.

Zero transparency in what I was being tested for. I thought it was a free checkup then at the end I was charged $140. So many extra charges I was not made aware of. They are not a good business. I do not think it was right for them to do that. When I questioned it. The staff showed zero remorse and doubled down on me being the ignorant one. She said it was because I was prediabetic but they did not know that.

He's a little bit obnoxious, I found that to be rather unpleasant coming from my doctor. …

The office staff is friendly and I was attended to quickly. My exam went great with the DR. asking me questions about my physical and eye health. Every step of the exam was explained and he gave many opportunities to ask question. Thank you!
