Eyeglass World is a great location with experienced and licensed opticians. The friendly staff helped me with my existing glasses. The store offers a great selection of frames for kids, women and men. Currently (April 2023, call for availability) a promotion is running offering a buy one pair of glasses and get one pair, substantial savings. Eyeglass World’s on-site optical lab gave me added workmanship confidence. Further, an on-site live doctor (not remote video) provides eye exams that add to my confidence in the products offered. Most major vision insurance programs are accepted. In my opinion Eyeglass World provides great service and Value. They are open six days and the doctor has appointments five days a week. Another great Roseville value.

We were in area from east coast and thought to stop and ask for help with my son’s glasses as the nose pads had fallen off. Stephanie went out of her way and took extra time and care to fix it!! I tried to pay something but she said no that she loves helping with things like this. Stephanie is an exceptional employee and represents true customer service !! Thank you Stephanie.

Do not recommend them. Back in March 2023, I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, and after numerous trips out of my way and after work and weekends, they still couldn't get it right. I returned both pairs for a full refund of my portion. This whole ordeal lasted over a month. My insurance paid them as well. Now, here it is, October, and I get another statement from my insurance for the claim. Turns out, they never returned the insurance money and they are billing the insurance AGAIN. This is double billing and illegal. Steer clear of this place!!
