I have been a customer of this Eyeglass World for over 20 years. I had my exam over the weekend. The doctor has been there as long as I have been going and is always friendly and does an excellent job always. Miranda rang up the order and was friendly and thorough. She gave about a two week window for the lenses to arrive but they arrived earlier. I dropped off the glasses and they were ready to pick up same day but I couldn't pick up til the next day. When I picked up the glasses, Genevieve was very friendly as well. She accidentally broke one of the temple tips and she kept apologizing and said she felt so bad. I completely understood since I used my own frames but without me asking, she gave me a new pair of the same brand I had free of charge. That is excellent customer service. She also put new nose pads on an old pair, adjusted and cleaned both pairs. Again all I have to say is thank you and that is what I call excellent customer service. I will be back and will 100% recommend.

Had a great experience at Eyeglass World - I showed up early to my appointment, and they were able to get me in early. Also, Chele was amazing! She helped compare prices with insurance and without to ensure I was getting the best deal. I’ll definitely be back!

Optometrist was fantastic. Sales staff were pushy and became almost rude when it became clear that I wasn't buying their upsell nonsense. Was told my glasses would be ready in 7 to 10 days. When I called after 10 days they lied on the phone and claimed they ALWAYS say 7 to 14 days and insinuated that I was lying. Stay away from these jerks. I wish I hadn't paid up front so I could afford to go somewhere else. Never giving them another red cent.
