My son and I went in for an eye exam and contact fitting. I thought it would be just another eye exam with employees that really could care less if you were there or not. To say that I was wrong, is an understatement. The customer service was very impressive. One employee that stood out was, Mason. She had our best interests in mind the moment that I walked in the door. She took as much time as we needed and was happy to answer all of our questions. This is by far the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time. This is the place that you need to go for all your eye prescription needs.

I recently placed a purchase order via phone for a non-prescription rimless eyeglass frames; Vanish 225. Eyeglass World has for a wide variety of frames to chose from. And they are a company that honors military service members and their family. Miss Christie assisted me through my entire purchase order. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, as well as, professional. She even called me a week later to give me an update of my order. I highly recommend the Charleston, SC location. Fantastic people, great service, and designer brands at reasonable prices.

Rosa was wonderful! She went above and beyond my expectations. When I gave her my new prescription she looked at it and said something didn’t look right. She then checked in house and whoever she spoke with agreed. She then tried to reach the office where the prescription was written. Ultimately, interactions at my provider’s office, I received a corrected prescription. When I went back she was most helpful in supporting my selection of new frames and then taking my order.
