So, I had this not-so-great experience at EyeGlass World. Last August, I got these glasses. Right off the bat, they didn't fit well, pinching my face and leaving marks. I went back twice to get them adjusted. Fast forward to now, the frames just broke while I was at work. I went back to the store, and this manager, Emily, tells me it's basically wear and tear. Then, she drops that since I bought them over a year ago and the staff from back then are gone, it's not really their problem. I've been wearing glasses since I was a kid, and I've never had a pair break this quickly. Emily gave me two choices: buy a new frame or get an entirely new pair with a fresh prescription. I asked if they could replace them for free, especially since the fit was off from the start. But Emily was like, "Your insurance expired last month," and added she wasn't the manager when I bought them. What got to me even more was how she acted. She'd be all smiles and chat with other customers. But with me? Total poker face. And it's not the first time. On a past visit, I noticed the same thing. When I asked for her name, she was like, "It's Emily, and that's all you need to know." Seriously? Anyway, I'm still figuring out what to do about my glasses. Will keep you posted.

William was very courteous & helpful in selecting my glasses. My husband went back a week later for prescription sunglasses & was fortunate to work with William too. Very good prices & quick delivery on glasses. I would definitely recommend Eyeglass World to family & friends.
