My previous eye doctor I had a not so pleasant experience. From the time I made the appointment to the day I purchased my glasses and picked them up the experience here was nothing short of amazing. The staff was pleasant from beginning to end which says a lot about a business itself. The doctor was nice and had no problem answering any questions I had. LaRae was an absolute angel. Her aura was the epitome of what customer service should look like. She was so helpful with providing me with what my options were. When I came back to order, Alaina M. was just as pleasant as LaRae. She helped me select the right frames that appealed to my face and I loved them. My glasses arrived prior to the date I was told and she was also helpful in making sure they fit right. Highly recommend them.

They take your money, give rude customer service, and let you walk out the door with glasses that make you feel nauseous. My husband had to return his glasses due to a mistake made on the script and now my turn. I don't think it should take a week or two to get "used to" the prescription. I personally feel it would be irresponsible to drive wearing these glasses. I came in contact with about 6 employees, 2 of whom were kind, 2 were straight-out rude and condescending, and 2 were indifferent. Once I get this straightened out, we will not return, there are way too many other companies from which to choose.

I have loved this place so much, then today happened. I came in the store day before yesterday, sat down with an employee and booked an appointment. I came in for my appointment today and was told it was canceled because I didn't confirm it. What? I booked it 2 days ago! I had to jump through hoops to get there, and even missed my mother's last minute surgery. All they could say was they could reschedule me for another day. I am so frustrated.
