I went to eyeglass world today and had an AMAZING experience with Sarah. She was patient with me throughout all of my pickiness and helped me pick out two frames. I had to unexpectedly get glasses in which I wasn’t too happy about but she made me feel better. As well as she made sure my glasses were not too thick because I was having a hard time with that as well. Sarah was awesome !

Bethany was a total delight. She is proactive in pursuing customer satisfaction. It is very clear that her priority is to meet her customer’s needs for quality glasses. She asks good questions, provides helpful feedback when trying various frames, she is a natural - a rock star. I would recommend her anytime, with confidence. And would do business with her anytime i need new glasses. Thanks much Bethany!

I've had a lot of bad luck, which includes a heart attack & the loss of being able to work again. On Medicare its pretty well known the coverage is not favorable, especially on a limited income. I stepped on my glasses & destroyed them. I had an old pair, but I couldn't see well. I had no choice but to try & get a new pair. I recently moved to Amarillo to stay with family, so I did a Google search to find a good place to go. Eyeglass World popped up with awesome reviews. I called & Lupe invited me to come right away. Lupe helped me find the right frames to support my Rx (the frames looked awesome). Trust me, Lupe knows what she's doing (other reviewers feel the same). I sat down with Kristina to get the prices. I fumbled with maxed out credit cards trying to figure out how I was going to pay. Ryan & Kristina recognized I had a big problem. Together they arranged for company sponsored hardship assistance. My jaw dropped. They made my glasses for free. I thank God 1st always, but without Lupe, Kristina, & Ryan this blessing would not have been possible. I remain grateful about what they did for me. My new glasses are perfect.
