What a great experience! After trying two other vision places, turns out the his was the first of the three that actually had their own lab. This allowed me to get my lenses the same day, which was a lifesaver. Can’t say enough about the experience and the customer service attention I received. Big thanks to Sara (Sahira)..so sorry, I know I’m getting that wrong somehow, but she was fabulous!

I asked if they take Eyemed insurance, said yes. Told them I had $100 allowance, asked how much for prescription readers. The lady said 2 pair including lenses for $99. I picked out 2 frames, got measured, then was told that my allowance would only cover 1 pair for some reason. Fine, only really needed 1 pair. They wrote up the order, my balance was $27.50 ! It’s not that the cost that was so bad, but the very deceptive way they told you an upfront cost, changed their story to only one pair is covered in full, and THEN somehow was able to charge 25% More than the allowance you told them up front.

We’ve been coming here for the whole family for many years and this most recent visit was a different experience. The new Dr. here was not nearly as thorough. The exam seemed incomplete and lazy compared to past exams with the previous doctor. The glasses selection was less than usual and they kept us a long time searching store to store for a basic frame. It might be time to switch providers.
