The same day glasses receiving was nice until the bow of mine fell off. Took it in and it was a hassle to get it repaired; the pair just broke again. I've been wearing glasses for 8 years and have never broken a pair. Both times they broke I wasn't doing anything to them, they just suddenly fell apart. I take good care of my eyeglasses.

Thanks for the recommendation on glasses repair. Now I have to buy a new pair of glasses. The repair looks awful. If I knew that is how it was going to be done I would have done it myself. I could have done a way better job. Really not worth wearing a pair of Oakley’s looking like this.

I have been a customer for at least 10 years. When I had eye exam last year my prescription was specifically made for a new brand of contact the Dr wanted me to try. I wanted to order my normal brand I have used forever (but since the prescription was wrote for other brand I couldn’t). I called and asked for prescription to be wrote for the brand I have always used and I was denied. My prescription was getting close to expire, but that should not matter (I still had time and I paid for my exam and that prescription was owed to me). I feel they legally are in the wrong and do not have the right to withhold this from me. I will not return.
