Horrible place, worst service I have ever had. Started with Lamar, did not listen, had multiple troubles measuring for progressive lenses. Screwed up the order, tried to explain and after multiple attempts had to speak with a manager. Brought frames back for replacement lenses, returned dirty and done poorly. 2nd pair has residue that will not come off and lenses appear to be scratched. This is a horrible store, don't waste your time or money with them.

Boyfriend has been waiting for his contacts for over two months. He called after three weeks and was told that his contacts were on back order and should be in within a couple weeks. He was never told when purchasing them that they were on back order and now has been well over two months and still nothing. So we went in to get another set of trials. His perscription is -5.5 with an astigmatism in both eyes. They gave him one contact that was -4.5 and the other was -5.0 because they said they didn’t have any in stock even though we were told they had his prescription in stock when we called before going in.
