This was a surprisingly helpful and educational experience. Alex was Jonathon are professional and knowledgeable about eye glasses. I had no idea there was so much to know and feel relieved I can make better decisions with information appropriate to my particular sight issues. I felt like they were family not salespeople gearing me towards more appropriate options that happen to cost less than I imagined. This is a testament to their care/concern for the customer’s eye heath.

I was in fix with a badly scratched lens and wanted to keep my newer existing frames. I was able to get fit with lenses and a fair, transparent (pun intended)price in just several minutes during my lunch. Before closing, they were ready for pick up. The workmanship and quality was great and Jonathan was helpful, friendly and professional. Great experience!

Staff were amazing and easy to communicate with. I was welcomed with a warm and sincere hello and they made me feel like a valued customer! We seem to be losing those important factors when it comes to customer service, not here! Bravo to you all and thank you for an easy and wonderful experience. See you soon.
