And I thought good customer service was dead…I WAS WRONG! Eyeglass World and my service tech, Genesis proved you CAN get great service and tremendous value! As a man, this epitomizes the BEST shopping experience. I immediately found the frames I wanted (by the way, I have a big head so I needed larger glasses) and ordered what I needed in 25 minutes. Glasses were ready the next morning at 10am. Genesis was the reason for a great experience. Go see her Beaumont.
