I had the privilege of working with both Klay and Kristi. I needed new frames for my existing lenses. Klay was able to bend the existing frames back into shape and all was good. Unfortunately a couple weeks later the frames completely broke. I was greeted by Kristi this time and she scoured the store trying to find a frame that would accommodate the lenses. There was nothing that worked in the store so she went online and searched for the frame from another source, provided the information to me and I was able to place the order that day. These folks went above and beyond to help me with my situation even though they did not make a sale. Kristi even advised me to return to the store when the frames arrive and she will put the lenses in them. WOW how awesome is that I will definitely be a loyal customer.

Thank you Eyeglass World in Granville, MI and especially Will Wilson. I was visiting from MO when my glasses broke in half! I had a pair of contacts, but I hadn’t worn them in over 3 years since my eyes are so dry. I was able to call my doctor to get my prescription sent to me and then Will helped me get new glasses. Will was so great to work with. He helped me figure out what was a better deal, using my insurance or going with the 2 for 1 that Eyeglass World offers. I decided on the two pair plan. I was able to pick out two frames that I really liked and, the icing on the cake was they were from the lowest price point! Eyeglass World has all of their frames marked with a sticker to tell you the price. I really liked that feature. It is something I have never seen before. Three hours later I returned to pick up my two new pairs of glasses. Will made sure they were adjusted and fit properly and made sure I could see properly, up close and far away before leaving the store. I cannot recommend Eyeglass World and especially Will Wilson enough. Will made my trip so much better. Thank you again Will!
