Prompt and friendly customer service. Each time I've stepped into Eyeglass World I'm greeted by the staff. My most recent visits (11/10) were to have an eye exam. And yesterday, Wednesday 11/15/23, to pick up my new prescription glasses. The turn around time was unexpected, and much appreciated. I was greeted by Thomas, who then, after telling him my name, went to the cabinet to get my new glasses. I put them on, he checked the fitting, made a slight adjustment to the frames for a better, more secure fit. I appreciate the time, efforts and efficiency of Eyeglass World. Thank you all for taking care of my eye health needs.

Great service and technicians are so helpful and kind. John greeted me within moments of entering store and asked what I needed/wanted and answered my initial questions. Hannah assisted me and spent a great deal of time in being sure I understood the options available to me (with and without my insurance) and wrote them down on paper so I had the visual comparison to work with so as to help me in making my decision. So good! I will continue to use Eyeglass World and highly recommend them to all.
