BUYING GLASSES DOESN’T HAVE TO BE PAINFUL! Both the associates and managers at this location were patient, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, effective, AND efficient. Crystal welcomed me and introduced me to their process and product. Alondra then took over and saw me through what is by far the hardest part… picking frames. Finally, Crystal got involved again just to make sure all i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed. The only thing that came close to how pleasant the experience itself was - was how reasonably it was all priced! I LITERALLY asked them if they made a mistake in adding up the bill. They were less than 1/3 the cost of what I have paid at other places. Look (pun intended) if you want / need new specs but hate all the absolute NONSENSE that the industry has become, just go here. You will be greeted warmly, you will be educated with very reasonable expectations, you will not receive a SINGLE unfulfillable promise, and you won’t have to mortgage your house to be able to see clearly. Oh yeah, and they’ll call you when they say they’re gonna call you…imagine that! The rest of the optical industry (Luxotica “At-Large,” included) could learn more than a few lessons from these wonderfully-professional ambassadors of their brand - Thank You - well done INDEED!!

Dr. Cline is such a sweet and personable doctor! I actually enjoyed my exam. His staff were very pleasant from the second I walked in, and even all the way through the awful glaucoma air-puff test, I hate it! Due to the staff being so professional, kind, and the cleanliness of the office… my experience was a five star 100% would recommend this location, doctor and staff.
