This was my first time and I was so impressed with the outstanding service every step of the way. At the gate- the appointment setter reviewed my insurance overage and set my expectations before setting the appointment. The clinical care was on time and efficient. Megan in the retail area was awesome. She was willing to share her opinion in the frame selection and she was so patient in working through all of the lens features while also considering my budget. They expected my glasses to be ready the next day by 4PM...OOoops gotta go and pick up my new glasses!

I would like to say that I had an absolutely amazing experience with the doctor on today. He is patient, compassionate, he listens to my concerns and did not rush me unlike the guy that I had in 2021. Definitely hope he stays for a long time!
