Sent in my glasses on 12/28. After a month with zero communication, I called to check on the status. They messed up the lenses and had to remake them. Ok, fine. They said another 5-7 days. After another 2 weeks I call again. Stephanie then informed me they are refusing to make my lenses and are shipping my glasses back. They came today - without my original lenses or the case I shipped them in. So not only have they not made my new lenses, they have stolen the ones I originally had. Avoid this company at all costs.

Purchased the Midtown Eyewear RANDALL Eyeglasses frame with CR39 lenses. Delivery time was reasonable, lens quality very good. Six months later a screw in the frame became loose and is pretty much impossible to get back in. Customer service is horrible. Live chat goes to send an email page; telephone service makes you wait for awhile then goes to leave a message. All take days to get a reply, which in my case was the equivalent of "too bad for you".

Returning customer here, 3 past orders. I ordered new lenses for my 8 year old and for months, MONTHS, they gave me the runaround. They provided fake UPS tracking numbers and when I told them I'd file a complain with the State Board they magically overnighted the lenses. The quality is mediocre and there were scratches, I emailed and called. 2 months later and still no reply. Remember I purchased their "warranty". Today I called and I was told that they won't allow me to place orders in the future, they don't want me as a client. It's May, I paid in January, 5 months later I'm still dealing with this issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't want to leave a review, but I've had enough. To anyone that had a problem with them, PLEASE file a formal complain with the board in Connecticut. It's just horrible that they would do something like this to a child.
