I was hesitant to order new HD Progressive Transitions lenses for my expensive frames online but the cost of replacement lenses was half of what they would cost at a local optical shop. I took a chance and I’m very pleased with the results. I sent my frames with old lenses, my prescription and pupillary distance. I expected a two week turnaround but when I checked three weeks after they received my glasses, I was told that my lenses were a special order. It was four weeks before I received my glasses but the outcome was worth the wait.

I used Eyeglass X one other time and had a great experience. I used them in June and something has changed. My glasses that I shipped to them for replacement lenses were ruined by these people. They came back, 2.5 inches too wide for my head. Their answer? They had to heat them up to get the lenses into them. I have been wearing glasses for 30+ years and I have never had a pair of frames melted and shaped to the point that they don't fit on my head. Not to mention it took them over a month to get them to me. So, they had me ship them back to them. It took them over a week to get me a shipping label. They claimed I needed to print it within 24 hours or it wouldn't print. However, they failed to mention THAT to me when sending me the shipping label. I received my glasses again today, 8/12/21 when I originally ordered these on 6/28/21. They are still stretched out to the point of not being able to be worn. These are expensive Ray Ban frames. Either these people do not know what they are doing or they just simply don't care. Whichever answer it is, DO NOT USE EYEGLASS X. It is a horrible service with horrible communication and the end product was awful. Almost 2 months and I still don't have sunglasses to wear. STAY AWAY

Repeat customer! This is the third time I have sent my frames to EyeglassX for new lenses. I have several pairs of glasses that I love and, as my prescription changes, I like to have new lenses put in. They do a perfect job and my frames are returned in better condition than I sent them! This company is wonderful. Full turnaround time after they receive has been a consistent 2 weeks for me. Will continue to use this service.
