The optician is so, so knowledgeable about the fit of my little kids glasses. She is really patient and gracious with them, making the whole experience much less stressful than at other optical shops we've tried. They have tomato brand frames which are the best for my little ones super high script.

Kudo to Renee! She is exceptionally patient and empathetic, and delivers outstanding results! I was angry at her that they couldn't do the high index they used to do for me, and she wasn't mad at me in return. Then she helped me repaired my broken frame as much as she can. She also supported me getting my new glass. I can feel that she wholeheartedly wanted to help me, and let go the fact that I was a jerk to begin with. And she has amazing skills in her job! When she said it looks too tight while I didn't feel so at the moment, it turned out in few hours that she's right. So eventually I even depended on her in telling me what "feels right", rather than keep trying sensing it with my nose, ears, etc. In short, please send her a kudo, and I feel truly grateful to have been working with her!

Not only do they send you bills after you've already paid at the clinic but they don't call you to let you know your glasses are in. One time i setup an appointment and put it in my calendar at their front desk and when i showed up they said i didn't have one. I had taken time off for this appointment and they insisted that i never set it up when i know for sure i did. The docs are fine but their office management is very far below standards. At this rate they'll have a one star rating in no time. Don't waste your time here.
