Dr. Paine is awesome. This was my first eye exam with him at this location and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, polite and informed me of every step of the exam he was doing before he did! I would highly recommend him as well as this clinic (very helpful and polite staff)

The only redeeming aspect of this place is the front desk staff; otherwise, my experience was awful. Despite having a 4:30 pm appointment with Dr. Erik Paine, nobody informed me about his delay when I checked in. I had to leave the exam room for an update, discovering he was an hour behind schedule. I left; it’s clear they don’t value patients’ time. There's a clear need for improved training in client / patient services.

Wish I could give zero stars…. Got a text message the morning of my daughter’s appointment. 9:10am. She walked in the door at 9:13, and we were told we had to reschedule. I read the text message out loud to the front desk, to which she replied, “I believe you, but we still have to reschedule.” Lobby completely void of anyone except me and my children. I looked around and asked why would we need to reschedule? We’re the only ones here. “We’re completely booked up.” So 3 minutes late, and you won’t be seen. I asked to speak to the Dr. and one of the front desk people went back to speak her, she never came out to speak to me. The girl says, in a very standoffish tone, legs and arms folded, body squared up to me, “Dr says we can set you over until 11am. This is our offer.” At this point I’m not nice to anyone, but I accepted the appointment because it’s for my daughter… So we will be going back, and I’ll voice my opinions all over again. Absolutely ridiculous.
