The doctor was friendly and nice. But, front people and optometrist were absolutely horrible! Do not recommend this clinic.

I have used these providers since 1996, and all of them are outstanding, especially Dr Thomas Crawford, who recently retired. I also have never been disappointed w the office staff and assistants, in fact, are excellent. One doesn't stay w a Dr and his staff for decades if they are mediocre or worse. I have been well taken care of, and completely trust them all to have my best interest at heart.

I took my mother in for an appointment with Dr. Crawford at EyeHealth Northwest Portland office in the Providence Plaza. He is absolutely wonderful. So polite, professional and caring. I would refer him to everyone. Our entire family goes to him. He is definitely a five star person*****
