I like my doctor, but these people have started to grossly over book at this office with very little if any consideration of patient's time. I waited close to an hr in the waiting room from my field exam to eye exam. When I asked when I was to be seen, I was lied to by the receptionist that I was next, and watched as 4 other people were called in. I was just about to leave when they finally called me back for an exam. After the exam, I waited another 15 mins to see the doctor. Yes, I understand emergency visits. But you cannot overbook that badly. An appointment that typically only takes an hr, took two hours with half of it waiting to be seen. Unacceptable. People's time is important too. If you don't have time, split up the appointments. I would have gladly come back for the second half of my appointment another time instead of wasting my day away.

I love my doctors that I’ve seen there. My only complaint is that the front desk staff have poor costumer service. I stood there waiting and they just were chit chatting amongst themselves. This was a little after 8am. Didn’t even acknowledge me standing there. Didn’t even say “I’ll be right with you.” I work in health care and this is poor customer service. They need to be trained on communication with patients and being welcoming. How are patients supposed to develop that trust with an organization that have patient care representatives who can’t represent themselves in a positive way. It just puts a negative impression on my and probably other patients.

Way too many people booked at once, the chair arrangement is weird, feels like DMV. The reviews say the doctors know what they're doing which is the most important thing, it's why I put 5 stars. Will update the review when surgery is done.
