Yuri was very helpful. I came with many questions and unusual needs and he took the time to fully answer my questions and had the knowledge to do so and to get glasses made that filled my needs. The price was great and they were ready faster than other stores would have been. Maria was helpful in helping me pick the frames that looked best for me. I like my new glasses. I see much better. My wife and I both like how they look.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Make sure to clarify prices with them before making any changes to your glasses. Prices are overpriced compared to Costco.

Amazing, the employees are really attentive and nice, the service is quick and perfect. They find the solution for you and explain the details. The price are affordable. My sunglasses are like new.

I just dropped by to see if my Ray Ban sunglasses could be fixed after I sat on them... They were fixed in a matter of minutes.. Excellent service.. Highly recommended!!!!

I was greeted immediately and asked them to help me repair a pair of designer sunglasses. The woman did it quickly and when I asked how much I owed her she said do t worry about it, Merry Christmas. So refreshing to experience such kindness and good customer service. I will definitely be back again for prescription frames and any future eyeglass needs.

This is my second time coming to this store and both times my needs were met 100% or better. This time my glasses needed a total overall and the service was performed in less than 20 minutes and he gave it to me for free. I bet you can guess where all my business as far as my eyes are concerned goes now.

I was in a rush to get glasses since I drive late at night and since school has started. I was desperate. They took my prescription and got it done under an hour and voila, my glasses were made. They made an exception to get it out in an hour since I was virtually the only one there and since I was a bit desperate... but I truly appreciate the thought and the work. Thank you.

Super Amazing!!!! Went in because I had broken my glasses and need them ASAP! They were done in an hour and it was only $50 for new glasses! SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THEY CANT BE BEAT!!!! I'm the kind of person who brakes/losses them on the regular so they have saved me so much money that I'm always giving their cards away to anyone who wheres glasses!

I’ve been buying my glasses here since I wore my first pair 17 yrs ago! I was 14! And I can say I’ve always been pleased. Great customer service. I love the prices and the styles. I have a pair of MK glasses that honestly I haven’t met anyone else wearing the same frame and get compliments everywhere I go about my frames. The same thing with a previous Dolce and Gabbana never saw anyone else with the same frames. Every time I need a fix they’re there to help and I haven’t had any issues with any of my purchases. Most times i’ve had my frames ready the same day, which makes it super convenient. Just recently I took my son to purchase 2 pairs I guess this place will be a go to from generation to generation. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience here. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. He understood exactly what I needed right away, gave me great recommendations, and made new lenses for my glasses in about an hour. My frames are quite complicated, so I honestly expected the process to take longer and cost much more, but everything was done quickly, carefully, and for only $60 with no extra fees or surprises. I was genuinely impressed and very pleasantly surprised. Excellent service, fair pricing, and a really trustworthy experience. I will definitely be coming back, especially when I need sunglasses. Highly recommend!

They are alway accommodating. I never had a problem with my lens .. the frames I’ve picked so far have been good… if they break or get damaged is due to me just grossing my glasses everywhere… they are very friendly… been coming here since they open. If I need my glasses same day , they gladly do it if they can , if not next day … love them .

I am very disappointed in Eyelab. I used to be a fan. When I got my first lenses there, I was pleased with the price and recommended them to 2 friends. However, my glasses scratched very easily. Three pairs in a year. I take very good care of my glasses. My old glasses would last at least 5 years. See photo. My current glasses from an on line company have been fine for over a year. There is no warranty and they take no responsibility. And then the owner was rude to me on top of that. He yelled at me in front of another customer. Embarrassing. Beware.

Very bad experience! They ended up breaking my expensive glasses, we had to keep insisting so they can fix them since they were the ones who broke them, once them ended up fixing it the lady which is the owner was giving us attitude and being very rude!!! I’m guessing they were mad they had to pay for the damages but that wasn’t out fault, what did they expect for us to just walk out without them taking any accountability about it . Never going back.

Clearly, a family run/local business with exceptional customer service. This is my new spot for my optical needs. I will tell you why... Big Brand Tragedy (other place): A few months back, the arm to my frames had come loose, and I lost the screw. I went into a big chain to see if I could get the exact screw size, as it wasn't in the replacement screw options I had found. When I gave it to the associate, they brought it in back to "check."" They returned with my frames stating they were broken and the thread hole was missing. It was not as I had been trying to match screw sizes myself. They broke it off, I am assuming to get me to buy a new pair right then and there from their establishment. I spent months searching for my exact frames that I loved. I finally found them and looked for a nearby shop. EYELAB: Friendly greetings. When asked if they offered a lens replacement service to get my lenses into my new replacement frames, it was an instant "Of Course! Give me a moment." This was a seemingly simple transaction to them and perhaps to many customers. It was a complete 180 experience for me. They had me in & out in a few minutes, and squeezed my needs in between phone calls and other customer needs seamlessly. This is why I will be back, and my next frames will be from them. They also had a great selection and very reasonable pricing. They were super friendly and quick with the customers I observed them help in my short wait as well. It may seem minor but this interaction and service, walking out seeing comfortably and confident again, nearly brought me to tears. Thank you, EYELAB!
