This owner is crazy. I was asked to change this review to receive healthcare. My prescription looks wrong after it was hastily written 3 months after my appointment. I've been here three different times to get a prescription. The first time I was told I had two wait 2 months or pay $150 (I can only get a contact prescription every 2 year with Medicaid). Pricey so I said no just the prescription. Second time I came here, they were not prepared for customers and I was asked to come back next week for the prescription. After my initial 3 star review which was constructively positive, I was contacted twice about this review from the owner. I did not respond. The review was changed to the first sentence. Upon arriving to ask what happened, the owner ran to the back to show me he didn't process my prescription after 3 months. He accused me of lying and berated me about not giving me a chance. I gave your store 3 chances, you failed every time. Show some respect.

AAA+++ True story, I came here to buy my first pair of glasses ever. I picked out a pair on the wall that I really liked unfortunately by the time all was said and done that pair of glasses was gone. I was very disappointed, I tried on several pairs of glasses and I am very picky. I was about to leave and go somewhere else with the prescription for my lenses and the guy that I believe runs the place came running up and told me to wait one second he thinks he has something that I may like, he brought me a pair of glasses, I tried them on and I absolutely loved them, he brought 2 other pairs and i didint care for those, this guy hit it right on the head on the first shot, now 1 year later, i still get compliments on my glasses and I honestly tell this same story every time. I try to shop local ive been in Aurora all my life this business is Absolutely the best! AAA+++ in my book, best service, friendly, accommodating i definitely recommend this place! EYELAND OPTICAL thank you so much still wowing me 1 year later!
