I got new glasses lenses and new contacts here. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the optometrist was good too. No complaints! Place was clean and spacious. They do make you sign a waiver saying that they're not responsible for damage that could occur when they replace glasses lenses. That had me a little worried. When I got my glasses back though, they were fine. They even adjusted them so they would stay on my head better.

This store was wonderful ... everyone was extremely nice and well spoken ... the doctor actually asked how I was and held a conversation ... I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed to get glasses since I didn't need them ... just very well run and comfortable! They are also up to date on current equipment which is a plus ... no more eye puff machine that makes you jump into the ceiling !

The staff members were friendly. Unfortunately that's all I can say. I had gone in for an eye exam and was told that I had cataracts in both eyes and the right eye was much worse than the left. I waa referred to a doctor that specializes in cataract surgery and was told that it would be a considerable amount of time before I was able to get an appointment and that Dr's office would call me with an appointment. If I remember correctly, they said 5 weeks before the initial appointment, then an additional few weeks for the next appointment. Eyeland suggested that I go ahead and get glasses from them so I would be able to see better for the time of waiting for the appointment. It cost around $260. The other Dr's office called and gave me an appointment within 7 days and once there, they asked why eyeland optical sold me a pair of glasses because I may need another pair after the cataract surgery and that it would not take that long to complete the surgery The new glasses from eyeland are not helping my vision at all and I can see better without them. Eyeland has no kind of return policy so I'm our the $260. I will not return to eyeland and I strongly recommend that others may seek another place to get the services that you need.
