I needed to fix my glasses because the screw was undone and I thought I had broken them. We came to this place asking for a repair and the technician took it and said let me try to fix it. She did! And without hesitation, cost, and was very quick with it. Not even 5 minutes passed and she was very nice about it. For my next set of glasses I will definitely come here!

This I Eyemart Express location has excellent customer service. Vickey was very patient in trying to find me a pair of frames that would fit my prescription. I guess I'm just old-fashioned but when I walk into a store I like to know who I'm talking to and they never say their names until you ask what is your name? But other than that they did an excellent job I always go to an Eyemart Express location near me. I've been going to them and in San Antonio for quite a while.

Update; went back in today to pick up my glasses. Still waiting in line 40 mins later… to pick up glasses?! There is only two people working and a long line of people. How is this an effective business?! Set up something that is automated … More
