Great service overall. A little wait to get my glasses consultation but the actual process of making the glasses was very fast. Had both sets in under an hour and they both fit and work well with transition lenses and bifocals.

The person that assisted me in getting the correct glasses for me was named Jo. She was very helpful and knew her craft very well. I had a great experience. Thanks again for everything

Wow, the place deserves more than 5 stars! The staff is absolutely awesome here and they get it how confusing and tough it is to get new glasses. Each time I've visited the site they were so helpful by offering solutions to get the best quality vs affordability. Unlike a lot of places, they're not trying to push the latest most expensive frames and lens. They truly try to help you come away satisfied. Pamela and the other ladies are so fun to work with and are so professional and helpful. I actually told both ladies to thank their mother's for bringing up such good daughters. This type of customer care is rare these days and I deeply appreciate it!!! Got my new glasses today and I'm fully satisfied and thankful! Well Done! One year later and I was back to get a new pair of glasses. Again, the service is absolutely the best. Michael, the associate that helped me this time did an outstanding job in helping me get the best glasses for what I could afford.
