We found Eyemart Express on the first day of an out of state trip to visit family… forgotten/lost glasses and all. My son’s prescription is too strong for other same day optical businesses… He LOVES his new prescription sunnies. Now we have everything we need for back to school AND some great family photos 😎🤓

Super nice people and quick! Have a new prescription and it is enough that my old glasses needed to go. Though they don't take my insurance, I was able to do the 2 pairs for $39.95 to get me into my new prescriptions (I now have 2 prescriptions for near and distance) while I wait for the place that does take my insurance to get my glasses back in 4 weeks. Even though they are just temp, they did not try to upsell me or anything. Wish they took VSP...but 5 stars hands down!

I had called ahead to make an appointment as I needed an exam and fitting for new glasses, Right from the gate I had a great feeling about this place as America's best had fallen short the last time .......big time, that said I got the GM on the phone Pat Jones very very knowledgeable as well as polite and professional too! He was very patient with me picking frames and lenses as well as all the other choices that make up what you will be wearing on the end of your nose every day ! Thats a really big deal because they are either perfect or heartburn if you feel me ? Pat has been at his trade craft for 40 years ( old school Optometry) and what a blessing he is ! It's so so nice to find great service today in any retail experience and few and far between, I told pat what I was after, what I had to spend and I was surprised at just how many choices he worked up for me and fast too, he went out of his way helping me with a coupon that allowed me to upgrade to better quality that i otherwise wouldn't have been able to pull off making the entire experience painless and pleasurable, the entire staff is low key no pressure and service oriented as well as upbeat, lastly it's so nice to go to a place for glasses and if you don't have your prescription and need an examination you're basically in the same building I walked right next door across the lobby at Serenity Eye Care and Dr Kristine Thomas and staff were very accommodating all my experience there was over the top it exceeded All my expectations by a long shot I would tell anyone who is in the market for glasses or adjustment exam anything that falls in line with that to give Eyemart Express in the valley a fair shot you won't be disappointed I won't be going anywhere else in the future that's for certain !
