The process of getting my frames was quick and easy. The staff was very professional and friendly. Alexis did a great job with helping me and answering my questions. She said my glasses would be ready in a hour but got a text 8 minutes after leaving the store that they were done. Definitely my go to to get frames.

I came in to get a pair of glasses for my grandson. At six, he’s very rough with his glasses and my daughter paid $200 a pair elsewhere, and waited days for them. I got two pairs, made in twenty-nine minutes for less than $180. And Sandra is amazing! The best customer service I’ve received in a long time!

Fantastic service. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and the gentleman who helped me with fitting the first pair was so kind, patient, and professional. I live with a 24/7 headache, and he spent probably 20 mins patiently correcting the frames so they weren’t too tight and made sure everything was well adjusted and balanced. Would absolutely recommend
