I am Very impressed with the staff at Eyemart Express. I was with a different company for 20 years and their customer service was lacking, so I was skeptical about trying a new glasses company. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the service we received both times we went with our 3 kids. The employees were efficient, professional, knowledgeable and followed up on the expectations they set. They have a new customer for years to come if the service stays exceptionally great!

Elaine and her staff go above and beyond to ensure the customer’s needs are met. I took a pair of glasses back within the 30 days, and she was quick to make it right!
