The wait time was a little ridiculous with some employees hiding in the back. The girl that helped me was amazing! She was friendly, polite, honest, and professional. She didn't try pushing any sale gimmicks on me when she knew my budget. With my lenses having to be thicker, she was able to help on which frames would be better to hold the lenses and compliment my face.

Having worn glasses for over sixty years, I think my experience qualifies me to be objective in reviewing this business. Their customer service and professional expertise is evident throughout fitting, making sure that you are comfortable and confident with your glasses. Becca is hands down the most knowledgeable person I have ever had to fit glasses. Nothing was neglected while making sure the lenses were properly positioned and the bifocals correctly aligned all in a suitable frame. The lenses are crystal clear and guaranteed. Their prices are very competitive.

My husband and I both were able to have Becca wait on us and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. She was honest and up front about the cost and very helpful in helping us both pick out 4 pair of glasses. I will be sending my family her way. Just really appreciate her kindness and she even stayed past her time she was supposed to leave just to make sure we were taken care of.
