The wait time was a little ridiculous with some employees hiding in the back. The girl that helped me was amazing! She was friendly, polite, honest, and professional. She didn't try pushing any sale gimmicks on me when she knew my budget. With my lenses having to be thicker, she was able to help on which frames would be better to hold the lenses and compliment my face.

Their customer service and professional expertise is evident throughout fitting, making sure that you are comfortable and confident with your glasses. Becca is hands down the most knowledgeable person I have ever had to fit glasses. Nothing was neglected while making sure the lenses were properly positioned and the bifocals correctly aligned all in a suitable frame. The lenses are crystal clear and guaranteed. Their prices are very competitive.

My husband and I both were able to have Becca wait on us and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.
