Juan was an excellent service amd product provider, very knowledgeable and stayed after hours to make certain my order was processed and what I needed. I don't have insurance so he made certain I got the best bing for my buck, with the warranties pn my lenses that will keep me in good sight for a year or two. So impressed, I bought 3 pairs. My glasses were ready the very next day.

I'm telling you right now the customer service here is fantastic! Every time I go there with broken glasses from my son's sports the staff does everything they can do to help me out! Naomi helped us this evening and she was great. Quick, to the point and kind. We will be back soon to check out the contact lenses process. Update soon. We had to come back for new glasses..again! Manny was incredible. He went above and beyond for us and I really appreciate everyone at this store! Great customer service!!

They were very busy and still provide excellent customer service under pressure. Juan helped me with the purchase of my new glasses and was very knowledgeable. He also fixed my old pair of glasses and my new pair was ready within 20 minutes after I purchased them. Will definitely be returning!
