Wonderful customer service here. They didn't have my lenses that I asked for after the person who helped me said there were some there. But after 2 weeks when I didn't get it in and they told me it was on backstock for so long they then gave me a free upgrade to the next level of lenses. I am very happy with my experience here, I was a little angry when they said told me the lenses weren't actually there but they made it better.

Stephan was kind and helpful. We were impressed how quickly 2 pair of eyeglasses were made! Under 1 hour on a late Friday morning. Thanks so much.
