I'm thankful to Stephan and Mai for helping me get my glasses in an hour. I had lost my only pair of glasses and it was 4:30pm. It was an emergency and needed to get a pair so I could drive to my destination on time. Amazing customer care and excellent service. Thank you for providing such amazing service. I'm an very impressed and I have another reason to love Rochester.

Wonderful customer service here. They didn't have my lenses that I asked for after the person who helped me said there were some there. But after 2 weeks when I didn't get it in and they told me it was on backstock for so long they then gave me a free upgrade to the next level of lenses. I am very happy with my experience here, I was a little angry when they said told me the lenses weren't actually there but they made it better.
