Killeen location was phenomenal! As soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed! Charles is the absolute best! Very friendly and patient. He helped me decide on my frames after not being able to decide on just one. I had both pairs of glasses ready within 20 minutes. I will be returning every year for new glasses.

Great experience. Extremely great customer service. And I ordered 2 pair of glasses and they were both ready in 13 mins of them being taken to the back and me walking out of the building. I have never seen that before. I will definitely be returning. Thank you again for the great service.
