Ana was Wonderful! Found frames that are perfect. When I picked them up and put them on the world was perfectly focused. They are busy and you may wait for your turn. However, when it is you turn you will not be rushed nor hurried. Worn glasses for years, by far my best experience.

Went in when they were busy. Put name on list for new glasses. They have two separate lists - new or existing customer. Although VERY busy, we were second on list of new customers. One+ hour later, we have seen ten people called up. When I asked about how much longer, I was told that they are alternating between the lists. I informed the lady that we would’ve been the fourth one to be called. I was told they were starting our list because the other list was empty. So just wait. The man ahead of us on the new list said he had been waiting two hours and he noticed the ‘same day speed’ sign and said he was afraid of ‘multi-day speed’ taking years… jokingly. I strongly suggest that they have one list, and that list have a field to mark new/existing. First come, first served!!!

Was very pleased with the service at Eyemart express. They stay very busy. So depending on what time of day you go. You might Ave to wait a little. But the service is well worth the wait. An that’s only for your first initial visit after getting your eye exam. An you are getting your prescription glasses. But picking up your new glasses is a separate list. An you are in an out in seconds. But as I stated, I was very impressed with my overall experience. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, for sure.
