The place is all about getting you eyeglasses quickly. Associates are not there to help you find frames, up to you. Then they want to sell you all the upgrade packages. I Understand their business plan. Bottom line, I got a nice frame, decent lens in my prescription, at reasonable price. And 35 minutes later I got a text they were ready. If I wanted 10,000 choices, people fawning over me to help me choose, longer wait til ready time, and higher prices, then this is not the right store. But I got what I was looking for and everything was just as expected. Thank you

The eye doctor and nurse were friendly and helpful and got there jobs done efficiently while explaining the process and keeping it light. My glasses were ready in all of 51 minutes after I put the order in! The person setting up my order was also friendly and we found out we both understand sign language so that was neat to connect over. Overall everyone here is friendly and professional and get their work done efficiently.

When we got to Eyemart Express a nice young man named Joshua helped us. We were so glad he was the person we got. He was polite, well trained and handled everything with excellent care making sure the equipment was clean, accepting insurance, doing measurements and more. He made the process quick and easy yet worry free. We left and had lunch while the two pairs of glasses were finished before we were finished. The low price was a real bargain. He met us at the counter when we returned with the beautiful glasses and I could see every letter I read!!
