When walking into Eyemart Express, my family and I were greeted with kindness and cheer, but the process wasn’t explained to us. We were asked our names and we were explained the layout of the store. Because we didn’t know what to do, we decided to look at kids frames; the reason we were there. After finding what we wanted we just stood around, not sure of what to do. My husband decided to get in a line at the register, then a bit rudely was explained the process: Buyers will be called by last name based on arrival time, and the line he was standing in was for pick up. No problem, we waited until we were called. Once called, the Eyemart Express representative was kind. He got up and left for a moment after getting my daughter’s prescription; again we didn’t know what was going on… there was no communication. Anyway, the process wasn’t seamless, but that one employee that was pleasant and cheerful made our experience pleasant.

Justin was superb! He made sure that I had exactly what I needed in my price range! The customer service was awesome . My glasses were ready within 30 minutes!

Called to check if they took my insurance. Associate said she was pretty sure they did, I also checked via my insurance and it states they do. Waited and waited, picked out frames hoping to get them today and finally sat with an associate to tell me they don't so it was a waste of time. Associate at the desk was really professional, store just seems unorganized.
