So I went with my doctors prescription needing glasses the same day. My experience was nothing but positive starting with customer service to cost to finished product. 🙃 knowing glasses were going to cost in the $500 range for 1 pair, was thrilled to receive 3 pairs for just under $500 (regular, sun and computer). I could not have asked for more. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

We were told prior to our appt that we would be able to reuse frames that were purchased one year ago from Eyemart Express. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the frame. We drove over an hour-calling once again to verify that we could use the frame and was told by the manager that 99% of the time the frames can be reused. We walked into the store and was told that they could not reuse our very sturdy, perfect frame. We were also told that their policy had changed 2 weeks ago and they were not allowed to even reuse the frames. It makes no sense. I feel that it is just a way for them to make more money. You figure that they could honor our request since we were told at least twice that they could. I went to the corporate website to file a complaint and they don’t even respond to any prior reviews/complaints…so this will probably be as good as a fart in the wind. We will never do business with them again.

CHRISTIAN was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. Went back next day and bought a second pair, also brought a friend who has alot of trouble getting glasses he helped her select a pair and she had new glasses in 30 minutes and delighted with both the fit and tinting. She has never been happy with her glasses for years. Love this store and the manager was awesome also also.
