I was greeted when I walked in by a welcoming staff. I never felt rushed or like I was a burden . I worked with the manager who was very professional and helpful. She made sure I was completely happy with my purchase before leaving. The other staff were nice even though they were not directly involved. This place is worth the drive.

Great experience at this location! Staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! The only place in town that can really fulfill the "same day" promise. It took me longer to pick out the frames than it did for them to make TWO pairs of glasses! Amazing service!

This place is amazing. I got an exam which is in the back (I think a separate company). The lady at the front desk is very nice and professional. The doctor is amazing as well. She is very good at explaining everything and they look out for you for discounts, etc. They have a military discount which was very much appreciated. They do have a 10min grace period, because unlike other businesses nearby, they have actually endured the Rivers Ave unpredictability. By far the quickest, most pleasant eye exam I have ever had.
