Whoever answers the phone at the Newport News location is extremely rude. I asked about an appointment for my kid she asked how old I told her she said not until 7 and hung up in my face. Not knowing I’m an existing patient and wanted to schedule an eye exam as well. I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE. GET BETTER EMPLOYEES.

The Doctor is very good, the lady who orders your glasses runs her mouth too much. She ordered the wrong "coke bottle" lenses for my glasses, and then I had to pay an extra 200.00 for the lenses I wanted in the first place, NO refunds..$700.00 for a pair of cheap glasses. Never again!! BUYER BEWARE..
