I went here because of my insurance, and everything went well, I added some add ons to my glasses, which I understand made my bill go up higher than expected, however upon picking up my glasses, I was told I needed to pay $50 exam fee, I tried to tell them I was not charged this at all and mind you I payed $155 already and I'm expected to pay another $50 on top? I waited for my glasses 9 days after my exam, and was also called to come pick them up and I was never notified until now that someone "forgot" to charge the exam fee, I'm not the kind of person to leave bad reviews but this was very upsetting and I need my glasses badly, sad to say I will be returning to America's Best Eyeglasses instead and I recommend them if you are thinking of coming here as well.

I LOVE THIS EYE DR./VISION CENTER: EYEMAX in Mesquite, Tx. I originally went somewhere else that I thought would save me money, but two times, I got the wrong prescription. So I came to EyeMax on a referral from a friend. I am one of the people who has trouble with Distance vision, surrounding vision, and up close reading vision. The more my distance vision is adjusted - the less I see of my immediate surroundings. I have had issues with doctors listening to me, but not this place. The dr listened and the techs and eye glass staff listened and I got a prescription I can use. Consumers listen: We are our own advocates. If you have a problem or the glasses do not work = just tell them and they can help fix it. The overall assistance and caring are evident here at EyeMax. I will refer them to everyone I know and go back again for my reader glasses and sun glasses. I love this place.
