Very warm welcome as I entered. All the staff was very kind and pleasant. Most importantly, they were upfront about what my insurance covered and would not cover so I wasn’t caught off guard with an out of pocket expense. I had the opposite experience at MrEyeDr where they told me at the end that my insurance didn’t cover something and I had to pay out of pocket but never gave me the option to opt out or weigh my options. I found that to be unethical and bad practice. I decided to try EyeMax and wasn’t disappointed. Thank you for a great first time experience at your facility. We will come back every year.

I had a rare weekday off work and wanted to fit in my yearly eye exam between doctor's appointments. They got me in as a walk in 30 mins later. An hour later I walked out having gotten a full exam (including for diabetes related testing) and made all selections for my glasses! Now I just wait for them to ship to my house in about 2 weeks. The doctor was informative, thorough and cared about my health. The same for her assistant. The receptionists and the ladies who helped me pick and order my glasses were all super friendly and helpful as well! I'm so thankful I went there!

Dr.Lam has truly been amazing! I went in with a sever eye infection & she has taken the time to get to the root of the cause and taken the time to get my eyes healthy again. Definitely recommend, front office staff is very kind & polite.
