Melissa was fantastic! I have a small face and everything in the main area of the store looked to big on me. She went in the back and came out with the perfect frames. I have a strong prescription so she upgraded the polycarbonate lens to make them look thinner. She suggested anti glare for driving at night, I told her I don't drive and she told me than why should I pay for something that isn't needed. She is very welcoming and happy to help even though it may take longer with some people. Fantastic job Melissa !

I bought 2 pairs of new glasses there a few months ago. It was my first time there. The optician was very helpful and efficient in finding frames I like and getting them ordered. My return to pick them up was a whole different experience. The store is small and there were many customers with only 2 tables to be fitted at and both were occupied. Rather than wait until one was free, the optician (not the one who fitted me) got my glasses and put my in a waiting chair and gave me a hand held mirror to see how they fit!! I have been wearing glasses for 50 years and never have I experienced this kind of indifference. Always, the optician sits you at a table, checks to see if the fit is right and if they feel comfortable, gives you instructions and on how to clean them which I had to ask about. The people at the reception desk are unfriendly and parking is a problem there. I doubt that I'll be back.

Took my nonverbal ASD 3 y.o there to get his first glasses. Literally everyone we encountered was so wonderful. The reveiptionist helped find my insurance since I didn't have my card. And the lady who helped us pick out frames was so sweet and patient with us. I feel bad I don't remember names, but they are awesome.
