The absolute WORST customer service experience I think I've ever had. I would give negative stars if i could. They argued with me that the prescription was sent out. They sent it to the wrong location multiple times, argued with me some more. So 3 days in with eye pain I finally get it to the correct pharmacy to find out it's under an incorrect name...and the medication prescribed isn't covered under my plan anyway...I will never be returning and I hope this review saves someone else the trouble of dealing with this unprofessional, rude, and incapable company...

I needed a new pair of glasses so I decided to try EyeOptics. The first time I had to return my glasses they placed my bifocal line too high. RETURN NUMBER ONE! The second time I returned my glasses I wore them for 3 days and had consistent headaches. The prescription was wrong. I told them my previous pair was much sharper. RETURN NUMBER TWO! I called and complained that the prescription is still wrong. I told the doctor it feels like I'm wearing someone else's glasses. RETURN NUMBER THREE! The last time I returned them I complained that I couldn't see anything beyond 10 to 15 feet. Beyond that everything was blurry. Frustrated after a month and a half of going back and forth, I returned them. I was told a refund check would be issued. That was mid November 2021. It's now the second week of January 2022 and I STILL haven't received my refund. Take it from me save yourself money, time and frustration. Go somewhere else.

This place is horrible. They are quick to get your exam done for contact lenses but won't even check if i got the correct prescription. I stopped by the next day to make sure my contact prescription were correct because i had blurry vision. I had to schedule an appointment for next week. I just wanted to make sure i had the correct prescription contacts.
