Hands down the best Optometry place I've ever been to! I have worn glasses for over thirty years and I have had the most wonderful experiences here! It's like a whole new world when you step in this store and you get premium care throughout your whole visit. Immaculate store, extremely helpful friendly staff and I have always received fast and fantastic service. I usually bring my own glasses for a new prescription so I can't comment about glasses selection for myself, but my husband has always been able to find something to his liking. They are very knowledgeable and help with all kinds of options for your prescription. I highly recommend them if you want premium service and a great experience with your eye care!

As a first time patient, Dr Wong and staff were very welcoming. They all have a great attitude and are efficient at what they do. Was able to get my eye exam and pick out new glasses within an hour. I was impressed by their professionalism and will definitely be coming back!

First of all I got discriminated against by Juan the manager. That guy sent his front desk assistant and she said to me that " I look like I'm not going to buy glasses so we're going to refuse service to you because we lost money on you cancelling your last pair of glasses". I cancelled my glasses that I paid for the next day IN October because they used the WRONG insurance plan and I was spending more money than I should compared to what my current insurance offers. They said that's fine we'll give you a partial refund for the mistake. I'm thinking I'm getting something from it so it turns out its a partial refund because I'm paying for the lens's that they wont let me keep even though I'm paying for them. Of course I asked if I'm to be paying for them then put them towards next month when I come back to pay for glasses. He said they can't do that. So of course I'm not paying for something I can't keep. Remind you I cancelled the next day after I purchased everything. After finally getting my full refund I asked if it was okay to come back next month and they said okay that's fine. I come back and this discriminative manager named Juan refused me service because of how I dressed and because they messed up. They clearly violated my civil rights I'm pretty sure. I WILL be getting an attorney. When I asked for corporates number they gave me my insurance providers number. So I can't report him. Juan is dirty and corrupt. I was more than respectful and very understanding so please understand I was being professional the entire time. I hope he gets fired cause he is unprofessional and dirty. Everyone else was nice and understanding. Also I told them I had VSP Premier and they said yeah we see that. So don't tell me to come in and charge me for glasses when you guys used the wrong insurance plan which was VSP basic. I even called VSP and the guy on the phone literally said get a full refund.
