This is the second time we have bought glasses here. Great pricing and very helpful.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks and I have still yet to get my lenses , they broke my lenses i picked out allegedly at their ann arbor location and didnt plan on telling me until I called for a update on my lenses. So they ordered my frames off the company website to my house but i have still yet to get them. On top of me paying $240 for glasses im completly dissatisfied with this service. Im not the one to leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous.

Very helpful, VERY FAST even with something going wrong at first they let me know and FIXED IT... Still done within 2 hours. LOVE MY NEW GLASSES!!! Will highly recommend!!!

My glassss came in pretty quick considering my somewhat complicated prescription, very stylish and everyone was so helpful and helped it to go smoothly.

They ensure the accuracy of the prescription to a tenth of a millimeter, and boy does it make a difference. The opticians here are wonderful, and the frame selections are super cute! Very bad experience. They say that the lenses are in 24 hours after the approval of the formula and it is not true .. They made me go 2 times to rectify the formula and it took longer than they say.

The best customer service I've ever had! Their prices are very fair. I recommended it to all my friends. They are willing to answer all your questions and concerns and make you feel comfortable with every step you take. This will be my to go place for as long as I need glasses.

I’m very unsatisfied with my experience at this place. I was given a initial price of $39 for the glasses as well as an eye exam and/or a price of $59 for the exam alone. I ended up getting the exam with the intent of getting a new pair of glasses as well. We ended up getting started with the exam after selecting the pair of glasses to my liking. Once we were done the lady tells me my overall cost would be $228 which was not the price she initially told me. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied with her service. I ended up having to pay $59 because I didn’t want the glasses anymore at that point. But I really shouldn’t have paid anything due to the fact that she was not honest about the price in the first place. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
