First time as a patient me and my husband. My daughter recommended this office as she goes there. So happy this office was in our plan. It was pleasant and everybody (staff) Was polite, considerate very nice atmosphere. It was amazing experience as they showed us what frames came with our health insurance and other options if we wanted different frames. This is going to be our optometry Going forward and we will recommend to family & friends.

EyeQ Optometry is a fraud. I been customer here for 1 year and their glasses are overpriced. I came in for a visit when my glasses got broke after 2 months of replacing new lenses with them. The receptionist named “Ngan” was unprofessional. She didn’t ask if I still have active insurance, or tell me if my glasses have any insurance left. She just told me to pay for a new frame and helped the other “white” guy with gladly attitude. She makes sure he got what he is looking for. For me, the receptionist never bother to look me, just faced down her computer and ask me to pay money. I questioned her about my insurance and told her about my situation, the coworkers laugh at me and talked behind my back. Please avoid this business at all cost!

I rarely write reviews. I was referred to Eyeq Optometry for my grandmother since they take MediCal. The front desk staff are super friendly and patient, however Dr. Le clearly shows drastically how he will treat his underserved population based on his changing demeanor and personality. If you have good private insurance or paying upfront he will take more time with you, giving you a warm welcome, and actively listening to your concerns. With my grandma, he was personally tasked in helping adjust her new frames and kept shaking his head, or rolling his eyes every time my grandma requested him to adjust the tightness or to bend the frame as he was walking to the backroom. Even though the frames were a bit big for my grandma, he didn't even assure her, or give recommendations of getting better nosepads, etc. Every single concern my grandma had about her glasses, he kept saying that it's fine. At the same time I saw him welcome another client and he treated them kindly and used his "customer service" charms on them and ignored my grandma. This forced us to walk out and leave since we knew he was done helping us; he didn't even bother saying goodbye, thanks, or give any well wishes. Since he is the business owner, I expected great professionalism from him however, after meeting him one time I knew he does not care about every single client.
