Amazing service. I went in yesterday and couldn’t see after cataract surgery done in another practice. The doctor understood the problem immediately and gave me an eye test and produced a pair of eye glasses by the end of the day and I can see ! Don’t hesitate ring now for an appointment. I have been seeing the same eye doctor my whole life. I recently moved here to Hermosa and was super nervous to find a new eye doctor. I had no idea I’d find an even better one! The technicians and doctors at Eyes of Hermosa exceeded all of my expectations. I didn’t have to wait for one second. I had my eyes checked and evaluated so quickly. They were able to tap into benefits from my eye insurance that I didn’t know existed, and they even found me a rebate for my contacts! I can’t say enough about this amazing company and will send my whole family there!

Beautiful office, extremely friendly and professional staff, state of the art equipment, terrific overall experience. Dr. Pham is wonderful and someone who I will be very comfortable having in charge of my eye health for years to come. Robert, Optical Manager, was very helpful with determining lenses and even told me the value of my original 1980 Ray-Ban sunglasses (which are now a current style! :) Highly recommend for your eyecare needs!

The Doctor cares about her patients and is very knowledgeable about the eye. She even took time to call me on her day off over an eye emergency and scheduled to come in the following day, which was also her day off to see me!

4/5 stars, for now, because I still have to complete contacts trial and fitting. However, first visit was 5 stars for service quality. Good mix of modern technology and office atmosphere with "old school" focus on the patient. I felt well informed, educated, and provided with as many options available, including latest products. My prior optometrist was fantastic at time with patients, I felt similarly here. I didn't feel rushed and the modern equipment allows the provider to quickly and appropriately conduct examinations to afford the time needed to address patients' questions and concerns. Do note that lunch ends at 1:30p. If you schedule an appointment at that time, don't come earlier than 5 minutes!

I had a great experience at Eyes of Hermosa Optometry. All their employees were very nice, the office is clean, and their equipment was state of the art! My previous optometry office was crowded. I was shuffled from room to room, where I continued to wait, and worst of all, they got my lens prescription wrong. I got new glasses at Eyes of Hermosa. They had a great selection of frames, and more importantly, they prescription right, AND I got it really quickly! I highly recommend this business!

Dr. Pham was amazing! She’s the first eye doctor who actually sat down with me and took the time to explain everything. She was super thorough and never made me feel rushed. Dr. Vy Pham, and the Eyes of Hermosa team, were truly the best at providing the newest amniotic membrane therapy to my “recurrent corneal erosion” challenge. I love this office! I have never looked forward to an annual appointment for anything the way I look forward to my annual eye exam here. Not only am I always dazzled by their technology and systematic thoroughness during the exam, but I enjoy the people. I always have fun non-eye conversations like I’m talking to an old friend. Even this time when it was my first appointment with Dr. Fernandez, it was so effortless. Unfortunately/fortunately my eyes are perfect and I never need anything more or a reason to visit more frequently…but I would!

Dr. Pham is AMAZING!!! I had a droopy eyelid and I was considering upper eyelid surgery b/c I’m 50. However, she suggested IPL , for my dry eyes, and after almost 1 year they both look and feel amazing 10/10 recommend.

I find this practice to be so hands on and knowledgeable. I had a complex issue and they took the wrong time to really sit and understand unlike many other doctors previously visited in the area. Additionally, Dr Pham was exceptionally kind, gentle and patient with my daughter who takes a lot of warming up with doctors. Couldn’t recommend more!

I’ve lived in the US for over 23 years and this has been, hands down, my best medical experience! Dr. Pham from eyes of Hermosa has treated an issue with my daughter as if she was her own child. Clean environment, friendly / genuinely happy employees. The Dr was very kind and super knowledgeable and really took the time to explain things with me answer all my questions. ill definitely be back. A bonus is they take Medicaid! Only con is they don't have a large selection of frames to choose from for Medicaid patients.
