Phone staff kinda sounds like they hate their job immensely. Sounded so annoyed just answering the phone and just abruptly hang up without even a bye or thank you

It took 2.5 hours just to have a consultation AND I had to schedule it 3 months in advance! It took them about 20 minutes just to get me the new patient paperwork to fill out! Plan on spending ALL day here if you need care done.

All procedures were performed timely and professionally although it has been a bit drawn out having the eyes develop the proper focal configuration for correct alignment. All in all I am very pleased with the point I am at as to where I would be having avoided treatment.

Great Dr and services Everyone is friendly and respectful. I especially like the fact that they are organized and there is basically no waiting.

EOT First the staff was very professional and nice with no rushing you thru testing They made you feel very comfortable even though I was nervous because I was almost blind in one eye Dr Alan Smith was a very warm Doctor that made you also feel at ease I was very impressed with Dr Alan smith and the Staff. I think God sent me to this eye clinic to Dr Alan Smith to give me sight again!

Dr Smith has removed cataracts from friends, cousin, sister, husband, self plus lots of friends & acquaintances in need of a Gentle, Soft Spoken, Wonderful, Kind, Knowledgeable, “Called from the Heart” Christian Doctor! A hard thing to find in this day & time. Our eyes are one of the most important parts of our bodies so please be sure YOU SEE the BEST! I got there early because I knew there would be paperwork. Several people in the waiting room. There was about a 45 minute wait. When I got in, I actually knew the person that tested my eyes. She explained what she was doing. It was good.

The staff is wonderful, professional and courteous.
